Workmanship Warranty
This Warranty outlines the terms and conditions under which VoltFlowGroup (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides limited warranty coverage for services performed.
By accepting services from VoltFlow Group, the customer (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the terms set forth below.
1. Limited Workmanship Warranty
VoltFlow Group warrants that all labor and workmanship performed will be free from defects for a limited period.
If a defect arises directly from our workmanship during the applicable warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion:
Repair the defective work, or
Re-perform the service at no additional labor cost
This warranty applies only to the specific scope of work originally performed.

2. Warranty Period
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Standard workmanship warranty: 90 days from date of service
Extended warranty (if offered): up to 180 days, depending on project scope
The warranty period begins on the date the work is completed.

3. Manufacturer & Material Disclaimer
VoltFlow Group does not manufacture parts or materials used during service.
All materials, fixtures, and equipment are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
We make no additional warranties, express or implied, regarding third-party products.

4. Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation
Normal wear and tear
Pre-existing conditions or issues not addressed in the original scope of work
Modifications, repairs, or alterations performed by third parties after our service
Environmental or external factors, including but not limited to:
Power surges
Water damage or flooding
Structural movement
Acts of nature (fire, earthquake, etc.)

5. Access & Inspection Requirement
Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the property for inspection and repair.
Failure to allow inspection or repair may void this warranty.

6. Service Call Determination
If a service request is made under warranty, VoltFlow Group reserves the right to inspect and determine whether the issue is covered.
If the issue is found not related to our workmanship, a standard service fee will apply.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
VoltFlow Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or financial loss

8. No Other Warranties
This warranty is the only express warranty provided.

9. Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Client and service location.
10. Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
